What is the correct term for people with disabilities?

Emily Landau shares four Disability euphemisms that need to bite the dust. Today most people agree to use the term “disabled person.” Dis in Latin means apart or a negative reversing force- Dis = another way of doing or being. Disabled means an ability to do or be something in another way. Disability means an ability to do or be in another way.
