All orders ship out from our facility 1-2 business days after you place your order. We are a small team committed to a healthy work schedule, so during times of increased orders (sales and promotions, certain holidays) orders may take a day or two.

We ship worldwide via registered air mail. Tracking information will be provided.

We also honor returns through authorised retailers – please return to the retailer you purchased the product from. Proof of purchase may be required.

Neshikha Guarantee: Returns and Replacements

If you are dissatisfied with a Neshikha product that you purchased directly from our website (dev.newedgedesign.com/neshikha), you may return it to us for replacement or a refund. Please contact miri@neshikha.com .

NOTE: Return shipping fees are not reimbursable unless we explicitly ask for the product to be returned.

Please include the following information with your return:

  1. Reason for return
  2. A copy of the receipt or order number.
  3. Refund or replacement preference (postage will be paid by Neshikha if replacement is sent)

Your return will be processed upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard shipping. Processing time for exchange packages is usually 1-2 business days from the time your exchange request is received.

Refunds or credits will be equivalent to price at time of purchase.

Damaged Items or Misshipments

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment and to make sure that the correct product was shipped.

If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, or if we made an error in the shipment we would be happy to work with you to get replacement product shipped right out, and ask that you please contact us immediately by emailing miri@neshikha.com

We ask that you provide the order number, your email address, delivery address, and phone number for fastest service.

For Neshikha products purchased from a retail store

Please return your product directly to the point of purchase. We will credit the store accordingly.

If the store would not accept your return, or if there are other circumstances making return impossible, please contact us directly.
