Inclusivity is an intention or policy of including people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalized, such as those who are disabled, or, racial, or sexual minorities. At Neshikha, inclusion is just who we are. We know what it is like to have a child who may be excluded because of who he or she is and decided to go “beyond coping” and advocate for a group of people who can’t always advocate for themselves.
