This year’s spring harvest gave us two distinct varietals from neighboring apiaries—each shaped by wildly different microclimates and flowering patterns. One is light and floral, with a delicate citrusy finish. The other is deeper, almost creamy, with a texture that melts like silk on the tongue. Both are 100% raw, unfiltered, and drawn with love and restraint to protect our bees’ long-term well-being.

✨ What’s wild is just how different they taste. Same season, same bees, same beekeeper (hi, it’s Miri)—but the weather’s roller-coaster moods gifted us with two totally unique jars of spring.

💥 Quantities are tiny this year. The bees worked hard, but the skies weren’t exactly cooperative. That means very limited stock.

We are extremely frugal about harvesting honey, always prioritizing the health and well-being of our hives. While our bees pasture in organic environments, we do not claim our honey to be “organic” since we cannot control where they choose to forage.
