We cold-infuse our raw, local honey with carefully selected whole spices, flowers, and herbs — never extracts or shortcuts. After weeks of gentle steeping, we strain each batch by hand, then finish it with a final touch: a real vanilla bean, a whisper of cardamom, a fragment of cinnamon bark — a visible reminder of the source.
