What is Whipped Honey? Sometimes also referred to as creamed honey, it is a honey with a smooth, spreadable consistency and lighter colored than liquid honey of the same floral type.
All raw honey crystalizes over time. Nothing wrong with that – proves it’s genuine, frankly. But it can be more challenging to spread. To arrest this crystallization, we incorporate microscopic honey crystals (known as seed crystals) into freshly harvested, raw honey. This crystal structure is adopted by the total volume of fresh honey and prevents the larger, grainy crystals from forming. Never heated, whipped, or churned, this is our same delectable raw honey with an amazing luxurious texture.
