Our honeycomb is filled with spring flower honey. If you’ve never had honeycomb, it’s a real treat. Each individual honeycomb cell is filled with nectar of a single blossom type. It’s only when honey is harvested that the nectars are muddled together into a blended array of floral sources. When you eat the honey in the comb, you can experience the flavour notes of each individual cell – filled with 100% love – sublime.
